Watersheds United Vermont (WUV) is administering a new round of funding under the Enhancement Dam Removal Design and Implementation Block Grant program, which will serve to support dam removal projects that meet the statutory intent and goals of the Water Quality Enhancement Grants. Funding is provided by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation’s (VT DEC) Clean Water Initiative Program (CWIP). WUV seeks proposals for the preliminary design, final design, and implementation of dam removal projects.
