Lyn Munno, Director

 Lyn has been the Director of WUV since 2016. Lyn truly enjoys the work of supporting community watershed groups around the state. She has a Masters of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. She has worked for many wonderful environmental and conservation organizations including the Vermont Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and EarthWalk Vermont. She lives in Montpelier on the North Branch of the Winooski River with her husband and dog (and her two kids when they are visiting from college).

Christian Pelletier, Grants Manager 

Christian has been the grant manager for WUV since 2019. Christian has a Masters of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School.  Christian also works for the White River Partnership as their Project Manager. Between his role at WUV and the White River Partnership, Christian gets to see all sides of restoration projects across Vermont! When not working with watershed groups, Christian enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his wife and pups!

Erica Goldberg, Grants Coordinator

Erica has been the Grants Coordinator for WUV since 2026. Erica has a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont. She has spent the majority of her career working in international development managing United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Projects with Tetra Tech. Most recently, she worked with the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation as a Contract and Grants Specialist. Outside of WUV, Erica can be found trying to tire out her toddler and dog adventuring around Vermont. Erica also enjoys making ceramics and pottery, cycling, and strength training. She lives in South Burlington.
