Priority List Applications due  February 25, 2021. Deadline for submitting Project Priority List (PPL) applications for both the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (CWSRF and DWSRF). Important changes to this year's CWSRF and DWSRF process: The priority list deadline is firm. No applications will be accepted after 2/25/2021; A project must have submitted a draft preliminary engineering report (PER) in order to be included on a priority list for construction funding. As always, planning funding is available at anytime.  If you do not have a PER, please just submit page one and two of the Priority List Application. For the CWSRF: A Priority List Application must be completed for each existing and new project each year. The completed applications must be submitted via email to [email protected].
