We will have organizational and technical training topics in the morning. The afternoon will be a focused training on Riparian Buffer Planting

We are pleased to work with the White River Partnership, the Poultney-Mettowee Conservation District, and the Vermont River Conservancy who will conduct the training. The training will both provide groups new to riparian buffer planting with the tools needed to start a planting program and also provide more experienced groups with an opportunity to gain new ideas and work through common issues. The training will have a classroom and field component.  We will also offer an additional optional follow-up field day with one of the trainers. Stipends will be available to watershed groups for participation in these trainings.Click here for the Agenda.
