The presentation will focus on the effective dates of RAPs for 2017 and 2018; New Certified Small Farm Operation (CSFO) program; New custom manure applicator program; New floodplain rules for agricultural land management; New education, outreach, technical assistance, inspection and enforcement programs and requirements; and New agricultural clean water grant opportunities.
