The Department of Environmental Conservation hosts a monthly lecture series on the implementation of the Vermont Clean Water Act the second Thursday of the month, September through June at the National Life Building in Montpelier. Lectures are free and open to the public, both in person (RSVP by email) and online (via Skype for Business).
