Additional Information
Volunteers are invited to participate in a river clean-up along the Lamoille on October 4th! (Rain date - Oct 5th). This is part of ongoing flood recovery efforts along the Lamoille River. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Jefferson/Johnson corridor ending at the Poland Covered Bridge. This stretch of river is a little less than 4 miles long and manageable for all paddling skill levels. We will be focusing on removing trash and debris left behind by the floods of recent years. We will also celebrate our efforts with a complementary post clean-up cook out lunch in the park.
